  • Week 3: The Good Girl Divorce. Exiting the pedestal of the "Golden Child" to find your true origin.

  • Week 4: The Lineage De-Canonization. Reclaiming your spirit from the weight of inherited "Holy" debts.

  • Week 5: The Resistance. Learning the art of walking away from storms you didn’t create.

  • Week 6: The Unrocked State. Somatic mastery—how to stay steady when the mirrors of external validation shatter.

  • Week 7: The Masterpiece. Stepping into your role as the Supreme Architect of your empire, health, and legacy.

  • Week 8: The Coronation (Integration & Vow). Establishing the permanent perimeter for your new life and sealing the Sovereign contract.

The Strategy Behind the Soul

I spent years as the "Golden Child" of my own story—the one who handled the crises, balanced the ledgers of other people's emotions, and perfected the art of the "Brave Face." On paper, I was the pillar. In my body, I was a tenant in a house I didn't own.

My path was paved with the traditional markers of high-achievement: from the rigorous intellectual halls of Claremont McKenna to the deep academic inquiry of UC Berkeley. I know the specific weight of "High-Capacity" living—the drive that builds empires but often leaves the Architect exhausted behind the gates.

The Pivot to Sovereignty

Through a fusion of clinical strategy and somatic mastery, I performed my own "Good Girl Divorce." I moved to New Orleans not just for a change of scenery, but for a change of frequency. I realized that high-achieving women don't need more "tips" or "hacks"—we need a new Architecture. I traded the "Family Tax" for Soul Wealth.
